The Viking lands of the north were known for their harsh, snowy winters. Viking houses were small and well-insulated with thatch or turf roofs to keep the heat in and the cold out. Despite their simple construction they often had elaborately carved and decorated end beams. This kit allows you to build 25 typical Viking houses plus a large Long House which would be the central meeting place for the villagers.
