When I try to download your free sample I get the error "format error: not a pdf or corrupted". I reported this weeks ago using the "contact us" option but never heard back. I vaguely recall reporting it using the same method months ago but never heard back. I am interested in your product and want to try a sample before I decide whether or not to buy.

Dear Jake,
I apologize for the lack of reply. We've been having some issues with the website that have interrupted communications and that I hope are now fixed. And I just tested the sample and you are absolutely right, it appears to have been damaged. Again I apologize and thank you for pointing this out. I will contact my website manager and have him replace the file ASAP. You can check back in a a day or two, or, if you like, send me your e-mail address (send to paperterrain@comcast.net ) and I will send you the PDF by e-mail.
